About Volunteers

NAMUNA values volunteerism and encourages both national and international volunteers to engage in community development activities. Volunteers support field programs, training, advocacy, research, and coordination. A nominal contribution of NPR 1,500 per month for Nepali volunteers and USD 150 for international volunteers (up to 6 months) is collected to cover basic coordination costs. Volunteers are selected based on their commitment to NAMUNA’s values, and they are provided with an inclusive, safe, and collaborative working environment.
